Talking to and deciding on vendors is often a frustrating and complicated part of planning a wedding or other event. You want to make sure the company you hire will give you the best overall experience. Asking the right questions upfront will ensure you get what you seek out of your photo booth company. Let’s look at four questions you should always ask before you sign a contract. 1. Can You Explain the Photo Quality That You Provide?
To get the best pictures, a reputable photo booth company should use a professional quality DSLR camera in their booths. Smartphone cameras and webcams may take great pictures, but they cannot provide the high-resolution image that your guests will be expecting. Most photo booths print photos out right away, while others may give you the option to receive photos through a text or social media sharing. All of our photo booths at 360 DJs give the option of social media sharing and printing digital photos. 2. What Kind of Backdrop Do You Bring to the Event? You will want to choose a company that gives you a choice of different backdrops in various styles and colors. Choose a company that can provide a custom backdrop that can incorporate your wedding monogram or business logo in the picture. 3. What Kind of Props Will You Offer? The best part about a photo booth is the props. Your guests will love to get silly, put on some hats and fake mustaches and create different poses. A photo booth company should always provide the right kind of props for weddings, birthdays, and graduation parties. These should include accessories such as hats, glasses, and other theatrical costume elements. If you plan to bring specific props, make sure your contract will allow you to. Many companies will have no problem with that arrangement. 4. Do You Have References? A reputable photo booth rental business will always be able to show you references from previous satisfied customers. Don’t hesitate to ask; after all, this is your big day, and you want it to go right. You may also wish to check online reviews from The Knot, Yelp, and Wedding Wire. You’ll find first-hand experiences from others who have used the photo booth vendor you are considering. These reviews will help you choose the best company for your special event. Your guests will make a ton of fun memories when you choose the right photo booth vendor for your event. Thanks for the tip that I should ask the photo booth rental about the photo quality they can provide for my wedding. I suppose they should bring good backdrops to the event to make sure that my guests find their photos memorable. Hopefully, they will bring some nice props as well so that they can enjoy their time while they're taking photos at the booth.

Thanks for the suggestion to find a photo booth that offers props such as hats or glasses. The business I work at is planning a tenth anniversary party for the company, and somebody suggested getting a photo booth for the occasion. I think a photo booth with theatrical props would be a fun thing for the party.

I like your tip to ask about what kind of props they have, since that's usually what makes the experience enjoyable and silly for the guests. My sister is getting married soon and wants the wedding to be quirky and fun, and she asked for my help finding attractions to rent. I'm glad I read your article because I think she'll love the idea of renting a photo booth with props for the guests!

I like how you included that you should ask if the photo booth vendor provides props and that props are the best part about a photo booth. My daughter is having a birthday party soon and I was thinking about adding a photo booth to it. I'll keep this information in mind if I decide to have one.
